He also spoke about the strengths and weaknesses that exist in companies and how important it is to recognize them: “It is necessary to know your own weaknesses and strengths. You should have the ability to recognize them, and call the expert when needed,” he added.
Barajas believes at first it is difficult, but not impossible if you are determined to it: “you want to control everything, but you realize you do not have enough time to do everything; then you have to learn to delegate and trust. People know you trust them, and you also need to know when to change pieces,” he said.
